Waiting for the shining hour
“Still thinking about you and how the things went wrong…”
“I would say” (just to quote the Tiny Tide song I’m working on right now) that it’s hard to count the number of indie bands heavely influenced by R.E.M.. Them conscious or not. Don’t know, but there’s something in The Shining Hour‘s guitar arpeggios and chords that reminds me of Cornelius and Astrolab too. (more…)

If you love indie or experimental music, it’s friday night and you find yourself (somehow) wandering in a little European country called “Italy” (hey! it’s bootshaped!), don’t forget to get by Officina 49. The place is one of the coolest venue in Italy, providing rehearsals rooms and a recording studio, a pub, a second floor under a big romanic wooden roof for dancing, and space very interesting and selected gigs too. Indie music at its most. And not only! A year has passed since this project started, and I must say that I'm prouder than ever having been persuaded to begin this adventure made by music and words.
Some friends who collaborated to this magazine has gone, some has come. You're welcome as well to find out opinion, sounds, and new musical discoveries and - if you're interested - collaborate as well.
